Drink lots of water. It's summer in the South y'all. Enough said.
I've started reading Bob Harper's The Skinny Rules book (available on Amazon here). His 1st rule is to drink a large glass of water before every meal. No excuses. He says that nothing is more crucial than this rule.
We all need more water. All I drink is water (with 1 Dr. Pepper on most days) and I still don't drink the recommended amount!
So drink up. You can always add packets of flavored stuff if you get bored with just plain ole water. Just make sure they aren't too sugary. I like my water ICE cold. So refreshing!
So, get out there and drink more water. Easier said than done huh?
